Vegas wantbook

Believe it or not, my latest ACTUAL gift from Vegas, was a pair of sand colored UGG's, which in my view was a way of saying; Here my dear, take the sand from Las Vegas to keep your feet warm!

However my hubby was not the only one in Vegas, no I haven't gone anywhere, I've been in Tilburg doing my best in Marketing.....not a bore but soooo much to do and so much alike!

So my escape happened in a little shop called Kruidvat! (not really so small, each city in this country must have at least 3 of them, I think...LOL) They carry this line called Catrice, which has its limited edition collection called 'Welcome to Las Vegas'. And yes I love to play with make up and no I did not go overboard (totally than :P), however I was clearly inspired!

 Like it don't ya? I know, J'adore! Personally I feel it should not only be limited to make up, but expanded into clothing also....:P So this is my current wishlist based on the looks in this clip! Give me shiney notice me clothing! Give me love, money and Jazzzzzzz....owke just scroll down....

YES! You know by now right? Versace by H&M, right! Like aint it fab? Aint you glad? (is this sentence even correct?) Well I do not care!!!! I am loving it, I am actually contemplating standing in the freaking cold at 7 AM just to get in. Hopefully my budget will allow me to score something timeless! Wishful thinking, I know LOL....

I've always had a love for hats, they frame my cute apple-like face. And yes, they cover for bad hair days, but are not suitable for the winds of Rotterdam, and YES, people stare when you have one on. Especially if its a men's lookalike hat that's on your head LOL (yes, I'll try not playing with your mind with my vocabulary).

So since I'm a hats girl I had to post this pic I found online.I am not a fan (I'm not 19 anymore you know!) but she has fashion sense ;)

Mon dieu, I'll start off by saying I'm sooo sorry for my absence...:( I allowed the university to take over my life. For those of you who stayed and followed me on twitter (@Vany2ah) you must know what it was like! Crazy schedule, tons of assignments but the path to wisdom was not conquered in one day, so we must resist. Well done with school..booorinngggg...:P

Today I will show you something new. In the past I've usually told you about my own experience with fashion and style, however today I shall present you SOMEONE...soooo excited :D She is a friend of mine; Yuhlop! She makes make-up tutorials and posts these on internet. You'll say well everyone does that, well yes and NO. I do not know any other girl that makes this so easy. Really! I swear! Well owke, I'll grand you this; She speaks Spanish, but even if you mute her you can perfectly well understand and apply the make up like Yuhklop tells you too! If not, complaints are on my behalf ;)

The Red shoes by me

Once upon a time there was a young girl cruising through Schiphol Inernational Airport, after haven waved her cousin away. There she happened to catch a glimpse of a lady in black wearing some wonderful red shoes. For the young girl wasn't carrying a camera with her, the story goes on like this....

As a little girl I was not fixated on clothes and shoes, rather on books. One of my favorites was 'The Red Shoes' by Hans Christian Andersen. I have read the whole collection of fairy tales and stories. To this day this is one of them that has stuck with me, and I must confess; I think this is why I love red shoes. So after reaching home I decided to find me some identical pairs of such shoes and man this wasn't hard at all (snowballing effect, mind you...) Contemplate below what I had missed to catch on picture at the airport!

Balenciaga, I must say, you bring back my childhood. I can totally imagine why this would be the damnation of many of us (or our pockets) and surely dancing could be hurtful in these babies, more reason to compare with the original red shoes of Andersen. And I must admit, I just couldn't stop staring. Had to get into the elevator...what did I do? Well hold the door and stare....not polite I know but still had like HAD to do it....now imagine they make you take off these babies at the gate, LOL :P

So babes, as the saying goes in Spanish; Para ser bellas hay que ver estrellas! And like I say, planetas, cometas y hasta el universo entero!
